The KF series of vacuum components is the modular family of small specialty flanges, elbows, tees, crosses, and bellows having interface dimensions defined by the International Standards Organization. The flanges are secured by a clamp acting on the outer flange surface. The letters KF often used in describing the system denote the “small” series. KF is derived from “Kleinflansch”, German for “small flange”.

  • 304 stainless steel

SIZING

  • 1/2” - 2”

TEMPERATURE RANGE

  • Viton® seal maximum temperature is 200° C

  • Buna-N maximum temperature is 100° C

PRESSURE RANGE

  • Limiting pressure is 10^(-8) Torr. Standard components can be used to slight overpressure of 0-5 psi, with an overpressure ring.
