Tru-Drain tapered body cavity to eliminate pooling of process materials
Integral purge and drain ports
High-cycle live-loaded stem packing 3-piece swing-in-place construction for easy repair in the service line
Full port design to eliminate the pooling of process media and improve flow
Blow-out-proof system
Locking device enables personnel to secure valve in open or closed positions when manually operated
Investment cast to improve dimensional control and reduce porosity

SPECIFICATIONS

Valves are inspected and tested to API 598 and meet ANSI/FCI70-2 Class VI and MSS SP-61 seat leakage requirements. All materials comply with applicable ASTM material specifications, FDA, USDA and ASME BPE material requirements.

MATERIAL

Made of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel (A-351 Gr. CF8M) and with 316L stainless steel (A-351 Gr. CF3M) weld ends.
